Problem
Workflow tools go stale the moment two people edit at once. The product needed one shared source of truth, not a page that only looks live after refresh.

A full-stack platform designed to keep people, workflows, and product data synchronized in real time.

01 / Product idea
NestSyncFlow brings authentication, workflow state, live collaboration, analytics, and monetization into one coherent product foundation.
The platform separates a responsive React experience from an Express API and a PostgreSQL data layer managed through Prisma. WebSocket events keep active clients synchronized, while JWT-based access protects user and workspace boundaries.
01b / Decisions
Workflow tools go stale the moment two people edit at once. The product needed one shared source of truth, not a page that only looks live after refresh.
Private product, one full-stack owner, production-shaped stack: auth, relational data, realtime, analytics, and a path to paid plans — without turning it into a demo.
PostgreSQL + Prisma for typed relations. JWT for workspace boundaries. WebSockets for live state instead of polling. Stripe-ready hooks, not a fake checkout.
A working platform with four layers: client, API, persistence, and live events. Source stays private; architecture and product choices can be walked through in an interview.
Ship an automated test suite earlier, and extract a public architecture note so hiring reviews don’t have to take “trust me” on a closed repo.
02 / Capabilities
A foundation designed to grow from useful workflow tooling into a sustainable SaaS product.
JWT authentication and clear user boundaries provide the base for protected workspaces and personalized experiences.
WebSocket updates propagate workflow changes without requiring users to refresh or work from stale information.
PostgreSQL and Prisma model users, workflows, and product relationships with a maintainable typed data layer.
A dashboard surfaces activity and performance signals so decisions can be based on visible product behavior.
The product flow is structured for Stripe integration and a path from core utility to subscription-based plans.
Frontend, API, and persistence responsibilities remain distinct, making future features easier to evolve.
